Who Will Attend?

Attendees include a wide range of food safety professionals, with expertise and perspectives including marketing, education, regulation, enforcement, and research. Specifically, this includes food service managers, restaurateurs, chefs, retail managers, public health officials, laboratory professionals, food processors, students, health educators, quality assurance directors, cooperative extension personnel, and representatives from state and federal agencies with food safety education, training, and regulation responsibilities.

This is an opportunity to speak to a well attended and motivated audience and display your services, products and programs.

Exhibitor Passport Contest

RMFSC will be organizing an interactive Exhibitor Passport Contest to encourage our attendees to visit each exhibitor. The completion and submission of the passports will enter the attendee in a drawing for a donated, undetermined prize at the conclusion of the conference.

Exhibitor Fees

Standard Exhibitor Table — $400

Includes the following:

  • One exhibit booth space
  • One 6-foot clothed and skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • One full 2-day conference attendance
  • Continental breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Approximately five minutes of Exhibitor speaking time to plenary
  • Exhibitor contact information in the conference packet distributed to each conference participant

Non-Profit Exhibitor Table — $200

Includes all of the above items (same as Standard Exhibitor)

Standard Plus Exhibitor Package — $500

In an effort to help our exhibitors more thoroughly engage with our attendees, we will be allotting a portion of one afternoon of the conference for exhibitors to conduct break-out technical seminars with small groups of attendees. The seminars will educate participant on the technical aspects of the exhibitor’s product or service and relate directly to their impact on food safety for industry.

The breakout sessions will run approximately 20 minutes and will repeat to ensure that each participant has the opportunity to attend all of the technical seminars.

The fee includes all of the Standard Exhibitor features plus the set-up and promotion of the technical seminar.

Booth Reservations

Exhibitor space is limited. Please register early to reserve your booth for the conference. Exhibitor booths will be reserved upon receipt of the completed and signed application form and booth fee.

Silent Auction

We are currently gathering items for the Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference silent auction. Proceeds from the silent auction benefit the Lydia P. Cole Memorial Scholarship Fund, established in 1999 in remembrance of Lydia Cole to assist environmental health students with their education.
