Exhibitors

Attendees include a wide range of food safety professionals, with expertise and perspectives including marketing, education, regulation, enforcement, and research. Specifically, this includes food service managers, restaurateurs, chefs, retail managers, public health officials, laboratory professionals, food processors, students, health educators, quality assurance directors, cooperative extension personnel, and representatives from state and federal agencies with food safety education, training, and regulation responsibilities.

Exhibiting at the Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference (RMFSC) is a great opportunity to display your services, products, and programs and engage with a well attended and motivated audience of food safety professionals.

RMFSC will be organizing an interactive Exhibitor Passport Contest to encourage our attendees to visit each exhibitor. The completion and submission of the passports will enter the attendee in a drawing for a donated, undetermined prize at the conclusion of the conference.

Standard Exhibitor Table — $400

The standard exhibitor fee is a great opportunity to present your business to existing and potential customers. The standard exhibitor table includes;

• One 6-foot clothed and skirted table exhibit booth space with chairs
• One full 2-day conference attendance
• Continental breakfast
• Lunch
• Exhibitor contact information in the conference packet distributed to each conference participant

Bronze Exhibitor Package — $500

In an effort to help our exhibitors more thoroughly engage with our attendees, by subscribing to the Bronze Exhibitor Package, exhibitors will be given an opportunity to present their goods or services to the attendees via a twenty minute Exhibitor Show Case, where exhibitors will be able educate participants on the technical aspects of the their product or services and their benefit to the food safety industry.

The Bronze Exhibitor Package includes the following:

• One 6-foot clothed and skirted table exhibit booth space with chairs
• One full 2-day conference attendance
• Continental breakfast
• Lunch
• Exhibitor contact information in the conference packet distributed to each conference participant
• 20-minute presentation at Exhibitor Showcase

Silver Exhibitor Package — $550

Don’t have time to present, but want to have additional outreach with our attendees? The Silver Exhibitor Package includes everything in the standard exhibitor package and the opportunity to have your company logo printed on the show take away, which is handed out to all attendees at registration. (The Silver Exhibitor Package does not include participation in the Exhibitor showcase).

The Silver Exhibitor Package includes the following:

• One 6-foot clothed and skirted table exhibit booth space with chairs
• One full 2-day conference attendance
• Continental breakfast
• Lunch
• Exhibitor contact information in the conference packet distributed to each conference participant
• Company logo printed on show takeaway

Gold Exhibitor Package — $750

Want the best of both worlds? The Gold Exhibitor Package is a combination of both the Bronze and Silver Exhibitor Packages. The Gold Exhibitor Package includes everything in the standard exhibitor package, the opportunity to present your company’s products and services and their benefit to the field of food safety during the exhibitor show case. In addition to these benefits your company’s logos will also be printed on the show take away, which is given to each attendee at registration.

The Gold Exhibitor Package includes the following:

• One 6-foot clothed and skirted table exhibit booth space with chairs
• One full 2-day conference attendance
• Continental breakfast
• Lunch
• Exhibitor contact information in the conference packet distributed to each conference participant
• 20-minute presentation at Exhibitor Showcase
• Company logo printed on show takeaway

Non-Profit Exhibitor Table — $200

For those exhibitors who are 501-3(c). The Non-Profit Exhibitor package includes all of the items in the Standard Exhibitor package.

Optional Items and Additional Fees for Exhibitors

• Additional tables
• Additional exhibitor personnel must pay $75 per person to cover the cost of meals

Exhibitor space is limited. Please register early to reserve your booth for the conference. Exhibitor booths will be reserved upon receipt of the completed and signed application form and booth fee.

We are currently gathering items for the Rocky Mountain Food Safety Conference silent auction. Proceeds from the auction go to the RMFSC scholarship fund, which is awarded to exemplary students pursuing careers in food safety.
